1️⃣ FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY (Residential – Premium Coverage)
Who Is Covered?
• Original purchaser
• One subsequent homeowner (transferable one time for $150 within 45 days of occupancy)
Frame & Sash Coverage
• White uPVC: Lifetime coverage
• Colored/painted/laminated: 10 years
Insulated Glass
• Lifetime against seal failure
• One-time glass breakage covered within 1 year
Screens
• 2 years
Parts & Labor
• Parts: 10 years, Labor: 5 years
• Installation/Labor (authorized installers): 5 years
Remedy
CDW may repair or replace at its discretion
2️⃣ SILVER SERIES RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY
This warranty provides strong coverage but for a defined term rather than lifetime.
Who Is Covered?
• Original purchaser only
Frame & Sash Coverage
• White uPVC: 15 years
• Colored/laminated: 10 years
Insulated Glass
• 20 years against seal failure
Hardware
• Special hardware: 5 years
Labor & Installation
• Authorized installer labor: 5 years
