⚠ Please review this guide before scheduling service. Improper locking sequence can cause alignment issues. 


Proper locking sequence is important.

To Lock:

  1. Lock the secondary (inactive) panel FIRST.
    • Lift the handle fully.
    • Turn to engage lock.

  2. Lock the primary (active) panel SECOND.
    • Close firmly.
    • Lift handle.
    • Turn to lock.

To Unlock:

• Unlock primary panel first
• Then unlock secondary panel

If the door does not secure properly, please submit photos.
