Please review this guide before scheduling service. Exterior condensation is normal and does not indicate a defect.

Moisture on the exterior surface of your window is normal and often indicates your windows are performing properly.

Exterior condensation happens when:

• Outdoor humidity is high
• Temperatures drop overnight
• The glass remains cool due to good insulation

If the moisture wipes off the outside surface, it is normal.

If moisture appears between the glass panes and does not wipe away, please submit a photo for review.
