Sliding doors commonly become difficult to operate due to dirt buildup in the track.
Step 1: Clean the Bottom Track
• Vacuum thoroughly
• Remove sand and debris
• Wipe with damp cloth
Step 2: Light Lubrication
• Apply silicone spray only
• Do NOT use oil-based lubricants
• Wipe away excess
Step 3: Test Operation
Slide the door several times.
If the door still drags or sticks, please send:
• Photo of bottom track
• 10-second video of the door sliding
• Location in home
If the door cannot secure or close fully, note that in your ticket.
